Boulevard Luiz Vasconcelos

The heart of the project is a 700-meter-long boulevard, with a golf cart to stroll around and be dazzled by the beautiful landscapes. In it you will find gastronomic variety: the Sports Burger, for lovers of hamburgers and artisan draft beer; pizzeria and pasta house Santo Orégano, rescuing the flavors of Italian cuisine; Tooka do Sushi restaurant, bringing the best of Japanese food; Praêro Ipioca Beach Club, a complete beach bar by the sea and the Bali ice cream shop, voted the best ice cream in Maceió!

In addition to the rich gastronomy, the boulevard has the Equilíbrio pela Mãos SPA and small shops: Pra tu, with gifts and handicraft souvenirs, and Flor do Meio, with accessories and beachwear.

The Boulevard gives access to the beach and there you can hire a tour to the natural pools of Ipioca, as well as stand up paddle boards and kayaks.

Praêro Beach Club

The Praêro Beach Club, famous for its unit in Barra de São Miguel, has a perfect atmosphere unforgettable moments and a menu with dishes that are very successful as the "tentacles" - octopus rice, rennet cheese bricks, crab and the "matuto", which is the well-known escondidinho of sun meat. Drinks range from beer to varied cocktails to champagnes and more.

Santo Óregano

Consolidated and recognized in Maceió with its first Italian cuisine and with the pizza already entitled as the 7th best pizza in Brazil, we have the honor of having Santo Orégano available on our boulevard. They are risottos, bruschettas, gnocchi and everything you expect from an excellent pasta restaurant
